General Business Questions

Our business hours are:

Monday thru Friday: 8am to 5pm

Saturday: 8am to 2pm

Sunday: Closed – Office only, trucks are delivering and picking up rentals.

We will send a formal quote via email. We will need your full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address to calculate the delivery fee. Please remember that you must book/sign the quote/contract and place your deposit in order for your items to be reserved!  

We accept all major credit cards as well as Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and cash and checks.

Payment is due prior to the delivery date unless other arrangements have been made with our office. 

Yes. We have minimum rental amounts in our service areas that you must meet in order to receive delivery service. An additional delivery fee will also be added. Rental minimums and delivery fees are based on distance from our warehouse to your location. 

Yes. If you don’t meet the minimum rental amount you can certainly arrange for a customer pickup/return at our warehouse location. 

We try to schedule all of our deliveries for the day prior to your event. Our office will contact you a few days before your event with expected delivery time. 

We normally pick up our items the day after your event. We start pick ups at 9am

Yes. There is an additional fee for specific delivery or pick up times.

Yes. You will be notified a few days before your event via phone/text your window of delivery time. They are typically one to two-hour windows.

No. If you give us the ok, we can pick up all rental items from your backyard. Simply let our office know prior to pick up.

Yes. The fee is based on the number of tables, chairs and/or linens that have to be set up. There is no fee for setting up a jumper or tent.

Yes. We usually have to dedicate a truck and manpower for same day pickups. This also applies to late night or after business hours pickups.

Jumpers

Combo jumpers are our most popular inflatable because they are a jumper with a slide attached to the side of the jumper. This inflatable can have a pool attached to the bottom of the slide to add more fun in the warmer months. These are also called “5 in 1 jumper” because they also come with a basketball hoop, climbing wall, slide and pool. 

Yes. It is important that you measure your space before ordering just to make sure it will fit. Always add 12 to 15 inches of space on all 4 sides for the blower, individuals to enter the jumper and to avoid abrasions on the inflatable

The rental period is a flexible 8 hours. We normally deliver the morning of your event and pick up the following day.

Yes. We also have park insurance, as most cities require this in order to have jumpers in their parks. There is an additional fee for the insurance. Same day pickups and after hour pickups have additional fees as well. 

As with all of our equipment, we clean and sanitize everything by hand. Jumpers are wiped down, vacuumed and sanitized with a hospital grade sanitizer.

Tents

We have various sizes to accommodate your space. Our sizes start with a 10×10 EZUP style tent, to our A frame 12×20, 20×20, 20×30, 20×40 up to a 20×100. For larger and wider tents please call for quote. 

In our resource section we have tent recommendations along with tables, sizes and arrangements. You can download this information and use as a guide.

Yes. We have the ability to completely enclose or partially enclose the tent. 

We can. We have several options to choose from. We can install “market lights”, which are 4’ shop LED lights or chandeliers.

Yes. We have several different lengths to cover any space.

Yes. We carry draping for our tents for an additional fee. We carry white, pink and lavender colors.

Special orders for colors can be accommodated for an additional cost. All special orders for draping must be ordered 3 months in advance of the event and require a deposit for the material.

Linens

Yes. We carry black and white linens for both round and rectangular tables. We can order colored linens; however, they are an additional cost, and the order must be placed one week in advance of your event. 

Yes. As stated above, the order must be placed one week in advance of your event.

Other Questions and Helpful Hints

When receiving a contract via email for your event, please make sure you read and sign the information and place your deposit. This reserves your items. If you do not sign, the items are NOT reserved.

If possible, a 2 week lead time is ideal, this ensures a better chance that the items you are requesting will be available for rent.

We will always do our best to provide you with what you need and we carry a large inventory, but it’s always best to safe and order ahead of time.

If you have to make last minute additions or changes to your order, we can accommodate up to 1 day prior to your order being delivered, provided we have the availability of inventory.  Please do it sooner than later. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office at 951-318-5968.

Yes. We have a resource tab on our website that can give you helpful hints and checklists you can go by to make sure you have everything for your event.

We’re open 7 days a week from M-F, 8am to 7pm, weekends 8am-5pm, and we deliver to the following areas:
Riverside, Orangecrest, Woodcrest, Canyon Crest, Moreno Valley, Perris, Rialto, Glen Avon, Grand Terrace, Mira Loma, Rubidoux, Arlington, Mead Valley, Edgemont, March Field Air Museum and surrounding communities. We do deliver to most of Riverside County and parts of Orange County, however we do have a tiered delivery fee. Please Inquire for specific delivery costs.
